Day 5- cracking down on those quantities
Breakfast- grapefruit, black coffee, bowl of fruit and fibre.
Snack- protein shake w oats, pineapple
Lunch- rest of quinoa pack, tuna, 1/2 cucumber
Dinner- 120g calamari
Red Thai chicken curry
Apple
