Day 1- not too bad a start

Breakfast- 1 grapefruit, porridge, raspberries, pineapple

Snack- snack a jacks, peanut butter grapes

Lunch- vegetable soup, 2 ryvita, peanut butter

Snack- protein shake with almond milk

Dinner- veggie curry with salad
Frozen banana

Exercise- 3 miles on x trainer. Arm weights (5kg)

Total tea count- 6 (😀)... My downfall
